This is simple and quick recipe for apple cake
4-5 apples
3 eggs
200g sugar
250g flour
1 tsp baking powder
Mix eggs and sugar, when is smooth add baking powder and then flour.
Slice apples and place them in baking tray, then pour over the cake mixture.
Bake for about 40 min in 180C
